Orders & Order Acceptance

Returns

A return request must be submitted to Luvio within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Due to the personal-use nature of fragrance products, opened, sprayed, tested or used perfumes are not eligible for return based on a change of mind or personal scent preference.

For a standard eligible return, the product should remain unused and in its original condition and packaging. Return eligibility is subject to verification by our customer support team.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive the wrong product, a damaged product or an item with a genuine issue at the time of delivery, please contact Luvio within the applicable return period.

Customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the parcel being opened and the issue with the product.

The video should be continuous and clearly show the parcel, packaging and product so that our support team can properly review the claim.

Claims that cannot be reasonably verified may not qualify for replacement or refund.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, Luvio will initiate the refund after the relevant order or return has been reviewed.

For payments made through a mobile financial service or similar payment account, the refund will normally be sent back to the same payment number/account from which the payment was received.

Where an order was paid through Cash on Delivery or where a refund to the original payment method is not technically possible, our support team may verify an appropriate refund destination with the customer.
